Sr Associate Director, Major Gifts
EDUCATION
Required: Bachelor's degree.
EXPERIENCE
Required: Seven years of experience in private fund development, direct fundraising, real estate sales and management, financial/banking, insurance, marketing, and/or direct sales and portfolio management. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.
Preferred: Experience facilitating a cooperative partnership between an idea and donor for the benefit of a fundraising priority, leading a project or initiative that involved engaging several stakeholders for the benefit of a common goal and working with a volunteer of the organization on executing a successful donor strategy.
OTHER
Required: Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
