Sr HR Service Center Tech

Education:  

Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: Bachelors Degree.

Experience:  

Required: Four years of administrative, clerical or related work. With preferred degree, no experience required.  Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.

Preferred: Two years of HR or call center experience. Knowledge of M.D. Anderson Cancer Center operations is preferred. An understanding of principles and practices of customer service and call centers. Previous benefit and/or KRONOS experience is a plus. Bi-lingual preferred.
