Sr HR Service Center Technician

Education Required:

High school diploma or equivalent. 

Preferred Education:

Bachelor's degree

Experience Required:

Four years of administrative, clerical or related work. With preferred degree, no experience required. 

Preferred Experience:

Two  years of HR or call center experience. 

Knowledge of M.D. Anderson Cancer Center operations 

An understanding of principles and practices of customer service and call centers.

Previous benefit and/or KRONOS experience 

Bi-lingual 

Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
