EDUCATION:
Required: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW or MSSW) from an accredited program approved by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Four years post Master's degree in Social Work (MSW or MSSW) clinical experience to include two years in an oncology setting.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas.
