Bachelor's degree. 

Experience

Required

Two years of experience in programming. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis or completed years of college on a one to one basis.

Preferred Experience:

Experience documenting the processing of data and development of software applications. Proficiency in SAS / SPSSS or LISREL statistical software.
