Ideal candidate is a college student seeking a degree in Architecture who can work full time, has the ability to work with spreadsheets, strong drawing and graphic skills and an interest in exploring new design software.


Help with facilities planning and design and graphics.

JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
1. Facilities Planning and research, including assistance in the development of space programs, conceptual floor plans, 3D models and renderings.

2. Assist with and develop floor plans, stacking diagrams, 3dmassing models.

3. Assistance in the creation of Interiors Master Plan document.

4. Assistance with design graphics - Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign graphic software preferred.

5. Basic hand and CAD/BIM drafting skills . Proficiency in 3-D Modeling and renderin. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.



Required: High school diploma or equivalent. College bound or in-college students. No experience.
