EDUCATION
Required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field.
EXPERIENCE
Required: Three years of experience in clinical processing of cellular products and one year of lead or supervisory experience. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.
Preferred: Five years in clinical processing of cellular products and three years of supervisory experience.
CERTIFICATION
Required: None.
Preferred: Certified Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist by the American Society of Clinical Pathologist (ASCP).
