Supervisor, Occupational Therapy - Rehab Services

EDUCATION:

Required: Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy

EXPERIENCE:

Required: Four years of experience as an occupational therapist to include one year of lead or supervisory experience. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.

LICENSURE:

Required: Current license to practice occupational therapy in the State of Texas from the Texas State Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners. Current CPR Certification.

Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
