EDUCATION
Required: 
Degree requirements as defined by the Texas State Board Physician Assistant Examiners (TSBPAE) or Texas State Board of Nurse Examiners (TSBNE), as required for clinical licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
Required:
•  Current license and/or certification as defined by the (TSBPAE) or (TSBNE) as required for clinical licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant. 
•  Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.

EXPERIENCE
Required:     Two years’ experience as a clinical advanced practice provider.

Preferred:     Four years as a clinical advanced practice provider.
