Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Seven years of professional recruitment, human resources or project management experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
Preferred: Master's in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or Computer Science
Preferred: Experience in enhancing software applications, understanding data architecture and integrations between core systems, reporting and data analysis across multiple systems. To include 2-3 years as an end user or administrator using Taleo as well as Taleo Connect Client integration experience.
