Training Specialist
Education:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Preferred: Advanced degree in related field
License/Certification:
Preferred: CPLP and/or (S)PHR certification; Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) qualified; certification in other training programs such as Achieve-Global, Franklin Covey, DDI, PDI, Blessing-White, or others.
Experience:
Required: Seven years experience in human resources or related field in developing, coordinating and delivering employee development programs for all levels of employees and management. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience.
Preferred: Seven or more years experience as a senior Human Resources consultant. Experience in a leadership or management role; experience delivering management training programs in a healthcare environment.
