Education
Required: Bachelor's degree.
Preferred: Master's degree.
Experience
Required: Eight years of experience in a health care leadership position. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis. With preferred degree, six years in a health care leadership position. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.
Preferred: Five years’ experience in a health care leadership position, with a focus on value-based care, population health, alternative payment models, patient outcomes, or quality improvement initiatives. Oncology experience preferred. A demonstrated ability to use effective interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills, work independently, and handle complex issues in a large, diverse organization. Proficiency in the following software applications essential: Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project and Visio.
License/Certification
Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
