Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm

Ideal candidate will have good detailed data entry skills; Excel experience a plus.

Query Management of all work orders for work areas PC and PD. To populate the following fields in mainsaver work area, supervisor, work group, work class, and work type. Along with reassigning work area if incorrect information is listed.


Manages the PCPF WCC Email by creating work orders as needed and assigning them appropriately to follow up on the work request.
• Creates queries for supervisors, facilities customer advocates, housekeeping, and managers.
• Monthly reports are generated and completed
• Maintains all the BMP reports and binders on a monthly basis.       
 • Electronic Purchase Orders are entered into mainsaver on a daily basis from the FM Purchase site.            
• Utilize/Retrieve Various Work Order Management Reports
• Extract reports from the Mainsaver System at the request of the Supervisor and/or Manager. 
• Originate Facilities and Client Reports utilizing Crystal Report writer, Microsoft Excel, etc.  Create unique Crystal Reports to extract and present data as requested.                                          


To perform and assist with other tasks as assign. Also to back up the other work control coordinator duties as needed.

Required: Associate's degree or trade diploma/certificate. Two years of administrative or clerical experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis. 

Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
