Join MD Anderson’s Translational Molecular Pathology team as an Administrative Assistant and provide essential support to faculty and department leadership within a dynamic, research-focused environment. You’ll play an important role in keeping daily operations organized and ensuring faculty have the administrative support they need to focus on advancing innovative cancer research and translational science.

What’s in it for you? This is a unique administrative role where no two days are exactly alike. You’ll manage faculty calendars and travel, coordinate meetings and conferences, prepare and maintain CVs and NIH-related documentation, create presentations and correspondence, and compile reports. You’ll work closely with faculty and leadership while gaining valuable exposure to the operations of a nationally recognized cancer research organization.

You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the broader department by supporting events, newsletters, meetings, office operations, special projects, and other administrative initiatives. Your organization, communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs will make you an important resource for both faculty and the department as a whole.

At MD Anderson, you’ll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive pay, an annual merit increase program, annual incentive opportunities, an employer-funded pension contribution, medical/dental/vision coverage, generous paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

If you’re an organized, adaptable administrative professional who enjoys supporting accomplished leaders, managing multiple priorities, and being part of a collaborative research environment, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact at MD Anderson.

This position is hyrid with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
