Education Required:  High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of customer service experience responding to customer inquiries or related   experience. Bachelor's degree can be substituted for required experience.

Education Preferred:  Associate's degree in related field.

Experience Preferred:  Healthcare and/or Hospitality experience.

Other Required: Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
