Associate Director, Sourcing & Contract Management

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Healthcare, or Business-related field. 

Preferred Education:

Master's degree in business, management, hospital administration, supply chain management, or related field.

Experience:

• Required Experience: Eight years of managerial experience in strategic sourcing or contract management. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate and/or LEADing Self Discover programs may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience. Completion of both programs can be substituted for a maximum of two years of supervisory or management experience. 
• Preferred Experience/Skills:  Minimum 10 years of progressive managerial experience leading strategic sourcing, contract management, vendor performance functions, strategic operational planning within the healthcare or academic arena. Analytical and supply chain data driven. State procurement experience is a plus.

License/Certification:

CTCD (Certified Texas Contract Developer (State of Texas) and CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) must be obtained within 18 months of employment.

Work Schedule:

100% remote anywhere in Texas. No out of state. Must be able to attend in-person meetings as required. 

Other Requirements:

Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
