QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
Preferred: Master’s Level Degree. With preferred degree, three years of experience is required, including three years in a lead/supervisory capacity. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.
EXPERIENCE
Required: Five years of professional health care or business management experience, to include three years in a Lead or supervisory experience. With preferred degree, three years of professional health care or business management experience and three years of lead or supervisory experience is required.
Preferred: Three years of experience in a healthcare setting and/or in a business professional/administrative capacity including experience in clinical operations. Three years of M. D. Anderson experience may be substituted for business related experience.
Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.
