Business Systems Analyst (SQL, Epic) - Institutional Analytics & Informatics

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Education: 

Master’s Level Degree

Certification: None

Preferred Certification: 

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

Experience Required:

Two years experience in Epic software, domain, project management or workflow analysis.  May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis or completed years of college on a one to one basis.

Preferred Experience: 

Experience with  SQL, Epic Clarity, Oracle HDWF, Big Data, and/or Hadoop.

Experience implementing a clinical data warehouse in a healthcare environment

Project management experience.

**In order to be adequately prepared and trained to build, test and optimize the Epic system, MDA requires that Epic certification be obtained within 120 days of completion of the assigned, required training classes. Required certifications must be maintained as assigned.**
