EDUCATION:

Required:  Associate's degree in Business, Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.

 

Preferred:  Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field would be a plus.

 

EXPERIENCE:

Required:  Three years of administrative and customer service experience in healthcare, insurance or related field. One year of related experience required with preferred degree. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.

 

Preferred:  Must have experience working in a healthcare environment.  Current or previous experience working as a Patient Access Specialist at MD Anderson would be a plus.
