Clinical Pharmacist - Pharmacy Clinic Specialty
Education Required
Pharm.D. degree. Employees who meet the following conditions are not required to have a Pharm D. Degree: 1) Actively employed as a Pharmacy Practitioner prior to October 1, 2006 and 2) Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy and 3)Two years of hospital pharmacy practice experience and 4)completion of the Pharmacy Practitioner program.
Experience Required:
Post Graduate Year 1 (Pharmacy Practice) or equivalent clinical experience -OR- completion of the MDACC practitioner training program and three years experience as a staff pharmacist at MDACC.
Preferred Experience:
Specialty pharmacy experience
Licensure / Certification Required
Must obtain license to practice pharmacy in the State of Texas by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of date of entry into job.
