Education
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Required: Three years office experience in medical staff services or credentialing position with working knowledge of credentialing/recredentialing process.
Preferred: Five years experience in a hospital setting, in a medical staff services credentialing position with working knowledge of credentialing/recredentialing process, including privileging. Experience with Echo Credentialing Software, or proficiency with another credentialing software system. Ability to prioritize and work in a high volume, fast paced setting.
License/Certification
Required: None
Preferred: CPCS and/or CPMSM certification.
