Education: Master’s in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field
Certification:
ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification (NRA)
Preferred Certification:
Registered Dietitian, Commission on Dietetic Registration
Experience: Ten years of progressive experience in the management and administration of a food service operation in a large facility.
Preferred Experience: Preferred experience in one of the following: oncology nutrition, academic healthcare, hotel room service, food service vendor.
