Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration or related field. Seven years of business management experience to include four years of management experience in a health care environment. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or managerial experience. Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
