Director, Sourcing & Contract Management

This position has a target base salary of $166,000 to $195,000 and is eligible for up to 10% incentive compensation, comprehensive health, wellness, time off, savings, and retirement benefits, as well as relocation support, as applicable.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, or business-related field

Preferred Education: Advanced degree in business, management, hospital administration, or related field.

Certification: CTPM, CPSM or equivalent within 18 months employment

Experience: Ten years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing or contract management, at the management level with experience at an organization of the size and complexity comparable to MD Anderson Cancer Center. 

Preferred Experience: Twelve years of experience of progressively responsible experience in strategic sourcing or contract management to include five years of experience at the Associate Director or above level in healthcare or large academic medical center.
