EDUCATION

Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

EXPERIENCE

Required: Eight years experience in private fund development to include four years in a management role. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.

Preferred: Experience in public relations, marketing or fundraising activities, including creating and implementing comprehensive communications plans, multimedia content and measurement reports. Demonstrated experience working with faculty, leadership teams, campaign/board members and fellow development professionals to execute fundraising strategies.

OTHER

Required: Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
