Emergency Room-Urgent Care Representative

Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education:
Associate's degree in business, healthcare or related field.

Required Experience:
Three years experience in healthcare, insurance, customer service, hospitality, business, or related field.  With preferred degree, one year of required experience.

Preferred Experience/Skills:
Five years business experience in healthcare, insurance, or a multi-specialty physician practice. Flexibility, good customer service skills. 

Operation: 24 hours, 7 days a week operation. 10 hour shifts. Alternating weekends and holidays.

Other Requirements:
Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
