Executive Director, Non-OR Procedures

Education

Required:          Bachelors in Healthcare administration, nursing, allied health, finance, business administration.

Preferred:         Masters in Healthcare Administrations or business administration, finance or public health or related masters or industrial engineer or equivalent including FACHE

License/Certification

Required:          None required.

Preferred:         Health care (RN, RT, APP, Allied health degree) or related industry procedural/ healthcare business operations degree.  

Experience

Required:          5-7 years of experience leading teams in procedural areas where sedation is offered. Knowledgeable about accreditation and regulatory standards pertaining to invasive area following universal protocol and operational key performance indicators including but not limited to press ganey surveys, efficiency measures on time starts, room turnover, time to service, time to schedule. Experience in staffing models optimization and staff retention programs as well enterprise or multi-site business rule standardization.

Preferred:         7-10 years or greater
