Facilities Project Inspector - Architectural
Ideal candidate will have Architectural Inspector experience.
SUMMARY
The primary purpose of the Facilities Project Inspector position is to represent Facilities Management projects providing quality control and inspection expertise in the area of architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural systems. Provides quality control and inspection services on construction projects to ensure materials and equipment in any phase of manufacture, shop or field fabrication, delivery or installation comply with contract documents.
JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
Program Implementation – Performs architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing inspections.
Program Support – Prepares reports of inspections.
Compliance – Tracks and follow-ups on NCRs observation
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Sciences or other construction-related field. Three years of project management/construction management experience or ten years of experience in the related construction trade to include one year of supervisory experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
