Finance Manager

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.

Required Experience:

Five years of professional experience in finance, accounting or related field to include at least three years of supervisory or project management experience. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with professional revenue cycle in productivity and benchmarking. Revenue cycle reporting, professional billing and reinbursement. Experience in Healthcare policy, contract management, project management and CMS Medicare regulations. 

Other Requirements:

Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
