Grants & Contracts Manager
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
Preferred Education:
Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., business, accounting, or public administration)
Required Experience:
Five years of professional experience in finance, accounting or related field to include three years of supervisory or project management experience. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
Six to ten years or more professional experience in research administration or related area. Demonstrated personnel management, motivation and development experience. Experience using financial accounting systems or fund accounting systems. PeopleSoft ERP and Grants Module preferred, Administrative/business experience in an academic medical center research setting.
Other Requirements:
Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
