Health Information Management Data Analyst / Medical Records

EDUCATION:
Required:  Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Information Management or related field.

EXPERIENCE:
Required:  Three years of health information management, medical records management or related experience.  May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.

Preferred:  Experience with chart corrections, overlays, deficiency tracking, and forms management.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
Preferred:  Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) would be a plus.
