The HR Representative provides professional support within a hybrid, shared‑services model spanning Talent Recruitment and Benefits & Recognition.

The salary range is $60,500 - $75,500 - $90,500.
The work schedule is normal business hours, remote with some onsite requirements.

This role supports the accessibility, consistency, and efficiency of Benefits and Recruiting processes while delivering a positive, service‑focused experience for employees, candidates, and hiring teams.
Benefits & Recognition Administration
Respond to routine employee inquiries related to benefits and recognition programs via shared inboxes, phone, or case tools.
Guide employees through routine enrollment events and required documentation; monitor approvals and follow‑ups.
Assist with annual enrollment logistics, audits, and exception tracking.
Prepare standard transfer verifications, and other benefit‑related documentation as needed.
Coordinate with HR partners, vendors, and system administrators to meet deadlines and service expectations.
Education, Communications & Accessibility
Draft and maintain plain‑language FAQs, job aids, candidate guides, and intranet and careers site content with attention to clarity, accessibility, and version control.
Coordinate benefits workshops, webinars, or recruiting events as needed
Develop and Distribute employee and candidate communications across designated channels under guidance.
Data, Quality & Continuous Improvement
Maintain accurate, confidential records in HRIS, ATS, and related systems in compliance with data privacy standards.
Run basic reports and audits; reconcile straightforward discrepancies and route issues appropriately.
Follow and contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and checklists.
Participate in continuous improvement discussions related to Recruitment and Benefits related systems and platforms, sharing observations to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Assist with basic user acceptance testing (UAT) for system updates when needed.
EDUCATION
- Required: Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Preferred: Master's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Required: Two years Professional human resources experience. or
- Required: No experience required with Master's degree.
- May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
