Innovation Strategist
Education Required:
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Education : degree in human Centered Design, Communications/Marketing, Applied Social Sciences, Anthropology, Journalism or related field.
Experience Required:
Ten years of progressive experience in a consulting, healthcare innovation, healthcare consulting, human centered design or market analysis role, with preferred degree, eight years of experience.
Preferred Experience
• Ten years of experience in human-centered design
• A related design discipline (e.g., UX/ UI design, Experience Design, Service Design, Visual Communication Design, Design Strategy, Design Research, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, Instructional Design).
• A related research and behavioral science discipline (e.g., design research, sociology, psychology, anthropology)
• Strategic business consulting, marketing communications, or related field.
• With preferred master’s degree, four years of experience as listed above.
• Translation of high-level ideas into unique visual directions.
• Healthcare
• Behavior change
• Running focus groups, workshops and conducting interviews
• Designing and facilitating engaging experiences that generate discussion and engage people to communicate openly and think creatively.
• Ability to connect deeply with people, articulating insights and creating plans and strategies that balance business needs with physical and emotional needs.
