Work Schedule: Thursday & Friday, 11pm-7:30am; Saturday & Sunday, 6:30pm-7am
Ideal candidate will have an electrical license and building automation experience.

SUMMARY
Repair and maintain electronic and control equipment,
respond to customer calls, provide support to emergencies
Skilled in practices, methods,
materials, tools, and equipment of electronic technician trade:
Skilled in the used of the
following tools/calibrating instruments: thermocouple calibrator, resistance
temperature, detector calibrator, voltage and current generator, multi-meters,
and decade resistance box.
Maintain and repair typical
building electronic, electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
Install, calibrate, and check
assigned systems using manual dexterity, hand tools, and visual ability.
Examine and test mechanisms
and circuitry for defects.
Run conduit, pull wire, and
install circuits for electrically powered units.
Maintain/repair/calibrate HVAC
systems to include air handling units, fan coil units, terminal boxes,
dampers, thermostats sensors, control valves, and associated HVAC equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment in or
out of control systems, and replace or repair defective components:
Requisition material.
Ability to program
microprocessors for initial commissioning and tune operating controls.
Knowledge of occupational
hazards and safety precautions of the job.
Other duties as assigned
Timely communication to supervisor of any other issues encountered during the
performance of work.
Ability to apply craft skills knowledge.
Reads, draws and interprets electrical, pneumatic, mechanical and heating
ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) schematics, one line diagrams and
control sequence of operations.
Investigates outages.
