Manager, Clinical Pharmacy Services
Education Required:
Pharm.D. degree.
Experience Required:
Post Graduate Year 1 (Pharmacy Practice) and Post Graduate Year 2 (in the areas of specialization) residency -OR- equivalent experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in the area of specialization and five years experience in clinical pharmacy services.
Licensure / Certification
Must obtain license to practice pharmacy in the State of Texas by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of date of entry into job.
