Manager, Information Services - IT Operations

Required:

Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: 
Required: 

Seven years of experience in information technology services, to include two years supervisory/management experience.  May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis or completed years of college on a one to one basis.

Preferred Experience: 

IT Support experience in a Clinical environment.

Certification: 
Required: None

Preferred certification:

 A+, Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v.3 Foundations, Apple Certified Support Professional, Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Green Belt
