Medical Staff Coordinator
Education
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
Experience
Required: Six years of credentialing or medical staff office experience, including a minimum two years in a lead capacity. With preferred degree, two years of experience to include one year in a lead capacity.
Preferred: Ten years experience in a lead role supporting Medical Staff Leadership and involvement in legal issues related to Medical Staff matters, regulatory, and accreditation surveys, and Credentials Committee and Bylaws Committee support.
Certification
Required: CPCS and/or CPMSM, Certification from the certification Council of the National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS).
