PBS Billing Specialist- Medicare Billing/Collections

Required Education:

Associate's degree or equivalent college credit.

Preferred Education:

Bachelor's degree. 

Required Experience:

Five years of progressively responsible billing experience with three years in governmental hospital billing. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.

Preferred Experience/Skills:

Medicare collections and billing experience for technical or hospital claims, knowledge of Medicare guidelines/regulations.
