Program Coordinator Health Disparities Research
EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Preferred:
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Three years project/program coordination experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis. With preferred degree, one year of required experience.
Preferred: Project management skills and ability to work independently, taking initiative to advance various projects. Ability to use sound judgment when interacting with outside parties. Experience working with diverse and underserved populations. Excellent interpersonal, computer, and written and verbal communication skills required. Experience/knowledge of research methodology practices, implementation science frameworks, strategies, and approaches. Experience in and/or willingness to be trained in dissemination and implementation science. Proven ability and experience in effectively collaborating and interacting with all levels of staff, management, and executive leadership.
