Program Director - Community Healthcare
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Public Policy or Health Education.
Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Public Policy, Health Education or scientific field.
Experience
Required: Five years project/program management experience to include three years supervisory experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.
Preferred: Eight years project/program management experience in healthcare with particular experience in an academic and/or community health setting.
Other Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish is preferred
Occasional travel within the region of Community Clinic Partners and relevant professional conferences/meetings
Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
