Required: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Architecture, Engineering or related field. Three years of project management/coordination, project quality control, and construction software application experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
Preferred: 5 years project management/coordination combined with project quality control experience and expertise in the development, use and/or management of electronic construction collaborative software applications. 3 years construction business analysis translated to various metrics and graphics displays.
