Project Manager, Diagnostic Imaging Administration

The primary purpose of the Project Manager is to direct multiple projects that span across the Division of Diagnostic Imaging and its departments and teams, the Institution, and external partners, as assigned by the Executive Director, Business Operations. In doing so, the Project Manager will independently analyze issues, identify solutions, implement solutions in collaboration with partners, monitor results and make changes, as appropriate. This individual will recognize and address issues across their scope of influence. Must have exceptional organization and planning skills, creative problem-solving skills, ability to build effective relationships, exceptional written and oral communication skills and the ability to influence others, including persuasive communication and presentation skills.

REQUIREMENT
Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
Experience Required: Five years experience in project management with two years in healthcare operations.
May substitute required experience with additional years of education on a one to one year basis. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate and/or LEADing Self Discover programs may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience. Completion of both programs can be substituted for a maximum of two years of supervisory or management experience.
Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
