Required: Bachelor's degree.

Preferred: Master's degree or PhD, in one of the natural sciences or related field.

Experience
Required: Seven years of related professional experience to include two years of leadership experience. With preferred degree, five years required.

Preferred: With preferred degree, five years of required experience to include two years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
