Radiation Oncology Department Administrator
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospital/Healthcare Administration or related field.
Preferred: Master's degree in Business, Hospital/Healthcare Administration or related field.
Experience
Required: Five years of demonstrated progressive and responsible health care or business management experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
Preferred: Experience working in an academic medicine environment. Strong clinical and academic background to include people management. Familiarity with the faculty recruitment process, navigating policies and procedures in an academic environment, initiating and building a programs and processes, financial management and space planning. Ability to partner and collaborate with institutional leadership and exceptional communication skills.
