Required Education: Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Science, Engineering or related field. Preferred Education: Master's degree or PhD with a concentration in Computational Biology, Engineering or related field. Required Experience: Nine years experience in scientific software programming with a concentration in scientific computing. Preferred Experience: The ideal candidate will have experience working and developing immunogenomic tools, particularly those pertaining to antigen discovery. Prior experience with at least one long-read sequencing platform is highly desired. The successful candidate will have developed and deployed computational pipelines for analysis of next-generation sequencing, mass spectrometry or other high-throughput biological data in a clinical setting. Prior knowledge of cancer biology or immunology is required. Proficiency in scripting, statistical computing and use of high-performance computing environments is expected. Software development experience is desirable but not required. Must thrive in an academic/professional atmosphere, where interdisciplinary teams are central to project success.
