Sourcing & Contract Management Associate Director

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Healthcare, or Business related field. 

Required Experience:

Eight years of managerial experience in strategic sourcing or contract management. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience. 

Preferred Experience/Skills:

Previous experience with GPO or corporate/centralized contracting department for multi-divisional company,  experienced supervisor with focus on staff development and mentoring, strong ability to communicate and understand concepts & new ideas both in written and verbal formats, technical knowledge and skills in Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, and Project Management, goal/success oriented, self starter. 

Other Requirements:

Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
