Sourcing Strategic Partner
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Finance, Operations or other related field.
Preferred: Masters degree.
Experience
Required: Five years of experience in supply chain sourcing, supplier relationship management/customer relationship management, or project management.
Preferred:

- Facilitation skills: comfortable leading large meetings/discussions with executive level attendees.
- Creative self-starter: ability to work with ambiguous, undefined processes utilizing critical thinking skills.
- Technical skills: adept at working with MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to visualize data and information.
- Excellent communication skills and personable attitude is highly needed.
