Sr Applications Systems Analyst (CTMS)
Education Required
Bachelor’s degree
Experience Required:
Five years experience in domain, analysis, design, project management, Epic software or programming. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
Preferred Experience:
Five years of cross-domain experience in web or cloud-based software implementation, system integration, workflow and data analysis, and project management
Experience in the clinical research/trial or the healthcare industry. Experience with a CTMS system such as OnCore is strongly preferred.
Experience with the Agile methodology and working with vendors
Proficiency in productivity tools to create designs, workflow diagrams, data models, etc.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and writing skills
Demonstrable ability to take initiative, follow through, and establish/enhance processes and operational efficiency
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
