Sr Audiologist

EDUCATION:
Required: Master's degree in Audiology.

EXPERIENCE:
Required: Three years of oncology hospital experience, post clinical fellowship.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
Required: All of the following:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- License to practice Audiology issued by the Texas State Committee of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
