Sr Instructional Designer (Epic) - IT Training/Change Enablement

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Instructional Design, or Adult Learning.

Preferred Experience:

EPIC System-specific experience a plus.

Experience Required:

Five years of experience analyzing, developing, designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs and/or delivering application training in healthcare environment. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis or completed years of college on a one to one basis.

Certification Required:

None

Preferred Certification: 

Certification in major training program delivery.  Epic Certification.

Experience: None

EPIC System-specific experience a plus.
